By accessing the LunaDrive website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Test-drive reservations
A test-drive reservation is a request, not a contract. LunaDrive may cancel or reschedule a reservation at its discretion, with notice. Drivers must hold a valid licence and provide it on the day.
3. Vehicle specifications
Range, performance, and feature claims on this site reflect best-effort engineering estimates and are subject to change. Final specifications are confirmed at purchase.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunaDrive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lagos, Nigeria.
